IMAGES & COPYRIGHTS:
Photographs/images produced by Ashleigh Rose Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Upon final payment by the clients, they will receive high resolution edited digital photos in an online gallery and / or USB with printing rights. The clients are allowed to display resulting images for personal use only. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of Ashleigh Rose Photography. To publish photos commercially, the clients must obtain written permission from Ashleigh Rose Photography prior to the clients, their associates, friends or relatives publishing or selling the photographs. When publishing the photos socially or commercially, Ashleigh Rose Photography must be noted as the photographer.

Ashleigh Rose Photography’s ‘edited’ images can include colour correction, colour enhancements, exposure correction, shadow and highlight recovery and lens correction. The editing process is at Ashleigh Rose Photography’s own discretion. The “edited” images do not include retouched or photoshopped images.

MODEL RELEASE:
The clients hereby grant Ashleigh Rose Photography, and all associates and representatives, hence forth, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the clients or in which the clients may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The clients hereby release Ashleigh Rose Photography and all associates representatives and assigns from any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, expenses, and obligations of any kind arising from, or related in any manner to Ashleigh Rose Photography’s use of said images.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
In the unlikely event that Ashleigh Rose Photography or the photographer(s) are injured, become too ill, or has an emergency that prevents them from photographing the event, Ashleigh Rose Photography will contact the client as soon as possible, to arrange another suitable date and time.

Ashleigh Rose Photography takes the upmost care and respect in regards to to exposure, storage, and processing the photographs/images, but cannot and does not, guarantee that photographs/images of the event will not be lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Ashleigh Rose Photography’s control. The client agrees that Ashleigh Rose Photography or the photographer(s) full and complete responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event.

RETAINER & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
A deposit of 20% of the final total, is due at the acceptance & signing of this agreement. Should the client cancel the appointment within 14 days of scheduled appointment date, not show up to the scheduled appointment, or otherwise breach this agreement, the deposit shall be liquidated for damages to Ashleigh Rose Photography. The client shall also be responsible for payment of any materials/charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. Otherwise, the deposit shall be applied towards the final total, with the remainder of charges payable in full, 7 days prior to the photo shoot. If extras are added on the day of the photo shoot, payments must be paid before the gallery / USB is handed over to the clients.
